Motherway and Knez Pick Up NWPC Weekly Accolades

PRINCETON, N.J. – Billy Motherway (Defensive) and Antonio Knez (Rookie) earned Northeast Water Polo Conference weekly accolades, the organization announced today.
Motherway posted a career-high 17 stops as Princeton turned away Iona, 10-6. The sophomore and Princeton's defense held the Gales without a goal over the final 12:50 of game action in the win. It's Motherway's fifth weekly honor.
Knez produced 20 saves, tied for third most all-time in program history in a 13-5 victory over No. 19 St. Francis-Brooklyn. The freshman goalie has corralled three weekly selections already.
No. 19 Princeton heads to No. 17 Fordham on Saturday (5 p.m.) as it looks to extend its four-game winning streak.
