Men's Golf Team Set to Split Squad, Head to Loyola, Alabama

Monday and Tuesday will see the Princeton men's golf team split the squad, with five Tigers each heading to Loyola's (Md.) and Alabama's tournaments.
At Alabama's Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate, Evan Quinn, Guy Waterhouse, Max Ting, Caden McLaughlin and Connor Belcastro will represent the Tigers in a field that includes Air Force, UAB, Arkansas, Auburn, BYU, Charlotte, Colorado State, Minnesota, Mississippi and Samford along with the Tigers and host Alabama. It'll be the second consecutive event that the Tigers and Minnesota have shared a course, with the Gophers and Princeton finishing first and second at Yale's MacDonald Cup Sept. 28-29.
The teams will play two rounds Oct. 7 and one round Oct. 8 on the par-70, 7,209-yard Old Overton Golf Club in Vestavia Hills, Ala. Golfstat live scoring is available here, and tee times will be added when available.
At Loyola's Hamptons Intercollegiate at the Maidstone Club in East Hampton, N.Y., Jake Mayer, Sam Clayman, Max Holm, Henry Dubiel and Jackson Fretty will represent the team in a field that counts five Ivies including Brown, Cornell, Penn, Yale and the Tigers, as well as Oregon State, Richmond, Seton Hall and host Loyola.
The Loyola tournament will also feature two rounds Monday and one Tuesday with earliest tee times at 7:40 a.m. Golfstat live scoring is available here.
