Men's Soccer Team Receives Votes in National Rankings

With two games to play in the Ivy League season, the Tigers are receiving votes in the United Soccer Coaches national rankings, earning 20 poll points to stand as the top team in the Ivy by four poll points over Yale.

At 10-3-2 overall and 2-1-2 in the Ivy, the Tigers remain in contention in the Ivy League race with eight standings points, two back of second-place Dartmouth and four back of leader Yale.
Last week, Princeton beat No. 22 Virginia Tech, which remained in that spot in this week's poll, and tied Cornell. Walker Gillespie scored in both games to earn Ivy League Player and Rookie of the Week honors.
Princeton will head out on the road for the final time on the regular season, visiting Penn for a 7 p.m. start before Yale comes to Roberts Stadium on Nov. 16.
