PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton men's soccer team announced its 2026 schedule on Tuesday.
The defending Ivy Champions will return to Myslik Field at Roberts Stadium this Fall as they seek to win a second-straight Ivy League Championship title and a third-straight Ivy League Tournament.
In 2025, the Tigers became the first program to win both the Ivy regular season and the Ivy tournament in the same season. They also went undefeated in league play while conceding zero goals. Princeton was seeded third in the NCAA Tournament, the highest seed ever by an Ivy League team. They finished the season ranked eighth in the final United Soccer Coaches poll.
Princeton will open up the 2026 season at home against Villanova on August 28, before hosting Portland on Monday, Aug. 31st and JMU on Friday, September 4.
Hitting the road for a two-week, four-game stint, the Tigers will first travel to UMass Amhers on September 7. Princeton will play Albany on the 12th, before taking a short trip up route one to play Jersey rival Rutgers on Sept. 15. They will close out the road stretch with a rematch with Bryant, this time up in Rhode Island (Sept. 19).
Princeton will host Seton Hall on Sept. 22, before opening the Ivy play with a contest at Dartmouth (Sept. 26).
The Tigers will kick off October by hosting Yale for its first league home game. They'll close out the non-conference schedule with a matchup at Hofstra on October 6.
Down the stretch, Princeton will host Cornell (Oct. 17) and travel up to Providence to take on Brown (Oct. 24).
Closing out the regular season, the Tigers will stay at home to host Harvard (Oct. 31) and Penn (Nov. 7).
The Ivy League Tournament will be held on November 12 and 15, with the first seed hosting.
