DMR, Borstlap and Amaechi Named All-Ivy

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton Tigers had their distance medley relay team, Hanne Borstlap and Obiageri Amaechi named All-Ivy, the conference announced today.
The distance medley relay team was named first-team All-Ivy for winning their event at the Ivy Heps Championship on Sunday. Hanne Borstlap (pole vault) and Obiageri Amaechi were second-team All-Ivy for placing second in their competitions. Anyone who finishes first in an event (including relays) is first-team All-Ivy; anyone who finishes second (including relays) is second-team All-Ivy.
Jackie Berardo (800m), Anna Jurew (1000m), Madison Offstein (3,000m), Allie Klimkiewicz (5,000m) and the 4x800 relay all just missed All-Ivy honors with third place finishes.
The Tigers improved their point total (65 to 79) and spot (sixth to fifth) in the standings from last season.
