Fencing Teams Set for Ivy League Round-Robins

The Princeton fencing teams will head to Yale this weekend for the Ivy League Round-Robins that will determine the 2019 Ivy League fencing champions.

The Tiger men will be aiming for their third title in four years and the women will look for their eighth title in 10 years.
Princeton will open the event Saturday at 12 p.m. against host Yale before meeting Penn at 2:45 p.m. and Columbia at 4:45 p.m. Sunday, Princeton will start at 10 a.m. against Brown before the women meet Cornell at noon. The competition will close with the Tigers battling Harvard at 2:45 p.m.
Sophomore saber and senior épée Wesley Johnson are Princeton's returning 2018 All-Ivy honorees on the men's side, while junior Kasia Nixon is the reigning Ivy épée champ and senior saber Riya Dave earned All-Ivy honors last year as well.
