Princeton Has 10 Selected To CWPA Scholar-Athlete Team

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton Tigers had 10 players named to the 2018 Collegiate Water Polo Association Scholar-Athlete team, the organization announced today.
Divided into three teams based on cumulative grade point average, league members garnered 30 Outstanding (4.00-3.71), 25 Superior (3.70-3.41) and 20 Excellent (3.40-3.20) honors as six institutions submitted nominees for the team in the third season of play for the NWPC.

Alec Mendelsohn (Outstanding), Casey Conrad (Superior), Mitchell Cooper (Superior), Keller Maloney (Excellent), Ryan Melosini (Excellent), Davis Wachtell (Excellent), Miles Cole (Excellent) Miles Wilson (Excellent), Andy Paul (Excellent) and Michael Swart (Excellent).
Princeton went 19-11 in 2018 and won the Northeast Water Polo Conference title. The Tigers finished No. 13 in the final Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Varsity Poll after securing the program's sixth NCAA Tournament appearance.
