Gillespie Captures Second Straight Ivy League Rookie of the Week Honor

For the second straight week, Princeton's Walker Gillespie has been named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week.
Gillespie had two goals this week as Princeton went 2-0 with wins on the road. He scored the team's opening goal at Monmouth to even the game at 1-1 scoring off a corner kick in the 21st minute. Princeton earned a 2-1 win. Three days later he put the Tigers up 2-0 with a header of a cross in the 18th minute.
Gillespie currently leads the Tigers in scoring with seven points on three goals and one assist.
Princeton hosts Drexel on Tuesday night on Myslik Field at Roberts Stadium. Game time is at 7 p.m.
