Women’s Tennis Checks in at No. 5 in Oracle/ITA Rankings

TEMPE, Ariz. – The Princeton University women's tennis team continues to rise in the national rankings, checking in at No. 5 in the latest Oracle/Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) rankings. The ranking is the Tigers' highest-ever.

The Tigers, who are 7-1 on the season and are coming off a pair of 7-0 wins over Towson University and Fairleigh Dickinson University on Saturday, February 15 inside Jadwin Gymnasium, rose four spots from No. 9, its previous highest-ever ranking.

Along with the Tigers' team ranking, three individuals were ranked along with one doubles team. Brianna Shvets moved up to No. 17 from No. 34 while Zoe Howard rose to No. 57 from No. 71. Daria Frayman also checked in at No. 109.

In doubles, Grace Joyce and Frayman were tabbed at No. 23, rising from No. 47.
