Glory Leads Tiger Wrestlers as NCAA Championship Seedings Released

Princeton's six NCAA wrestling championship qualifiers learned their seeds and first-round opponents Wednesday as the tournament brackets were revealed.

A 125-pounder, sophomore Patrick Glory leads the Tiger six, seeded second with a first-round match against 31st-seeded Christian Moody of Oklahoma. Glory, this year's EIWA champion, will be looking for his second All-America honor in as many seasons after placing sixth last year.
At 149 pounds, senior and reigning EIWA champ Matthew Kolodzik is seeded sixth and is looking to become Princeton's first four-time All-America after already standing as Princeton's first three-time All-America. He has finished seventh, third and fifth at the NCAAs in his career, and he'll start that path against Northwestern's Yahya Thomas.
At 157 pounds, sophomore Quincy Monday will be making his second trip to the NCAAs and is seeded fifth after finishing runner-up at EIWAs. He'll open against Virginia Tech's B.C. LaPrade.
Grant Cuomo, a sophomore 165-pounder, is making his first NCAA Championships trip and is seeded 24th. The sixth-place finisher at EIWAs, he'll open against Navy's Tanner Skidgel.
Sophomore Travis Stefanik, at 184 pounds, also finished sixth at EIWAs but is making a return trip to the NCAAs this year. Seeded 29th, he'll open against Binghamton's Lou Deprez.
Junior Patrick Brucki is seeded eighth at 197 after a third-place finish at EIWAs and will be making his third consecutive NCAA trip. He'll be looking for his second All-America honor, along with a fourth-place finish last year, and will start against 25th-seeded Jacob Seeley of Northern Colorado.
The NCAA Championships will be held March 19-21 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
