PRINCETON, N.J. – A pair of road matches are up next for the Princeton University women's volleyball team, first taking on Harvard University on Friday, October 29, then Dartmouth University on Saturday, October 30.
As a team, the Tigers rank third in the nation in assists per set (13.36). In total, Princeton leads the Ivy League in five statistical categories; assists per set, hitting percentage (.254), opponent hitting percentage (.173), kills per set (14.26), and blocks per set (2.31)
Junior Lindsey Kelly ranks third in the nation and leads the Ivy League in assists per set (11.67). Senior Julia Schner also leads the conference in blocks per set (1.28). Princeton is led in kills per set by junior Elena Montgomery (3.88), service aces per set by Kelly (0.31), and digs per set by junior Cameron Dames (4.45).
Princeton is coming off a 3-2 (25-13, 24-14, 21-25, 30-32, 16-14) triumph over the University of Pennsylvania on Friday, October 22, inside the Palestra.
The Tigers and Harvard most recently met on Saturday, October 2, inside Dillon Gymnasium with the Tigers coming away victors, 3-2 (25-20, 24-26, 25-16, 19-25, 15-13). Princeton last played Dartmouth on Friday, October 1 inside Dillon Gymnasium, prevailing 3-0 (25-10, 25-22, 25-16).
