Frayman to Compete in #ITAFallNats Final

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Junior Daria Frayman advanced to the finals of the 2021 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) National Fall Championships Saturday at the Barnes Tennis Complex. Frayman defeated the seventh-ranked player in the nation, OSU's Irina Cantos Siemers and will challenge Eryn Cayetano, the No. 56 player in the country, on Sunday for the title.
In addition, the Tigers earned three singles wins and one doubles win at the Stanford Fall Invitational
ITA Fall Nationals
Frayman defeated No. 7 Irina Cantos Siemers of Ohio State University in straight sets, 7-5, 6-1, to advance to the ITA National Fall Championship.
Stanford Fall Invitational
Princeton earned one doubles victory Saturday at the Stanford Fall Invitational. Sophomore Maia Sung and junior Michelle Sorokko defeated Bruu-Syversen and Gonzalez Ballbe, the duo from UCSB.
Meanwhile, the Tigers earned three solo victories. Sophomore Neha Velaga overcame Mushika of San Francisco 3-6, 7-5, 7-6(5). Senior Nathalie Rodilosso earned a hard fought victory over Marta Gonzalez Ballbe of UCSB 7-5, 6-2. And finally, Sorokko defeated Priscila Janikian of UCSB 6-4, 6-2.
