Men's Swimming & Diving Continues Big Al Invitational

Princeton, N.J. – After two days of competition at the Big Al Invitational, the Princeton University men's swimming and diving team is in second place with 688 points, trailing University of Utah (748.5 points).
Raunak Khosla set a school record in the 100 breaststroke during preliminaries, going 52.45. That surpasses the previous record of 52.86, set by Jon Christensen in 2012.
The Tigers were quick off the blocks on day two, as five different swimmers earned NCAA B cut times.
Raunak Khosla went 3:45.55 in the 400 IM, Max Walther went 1:36.18 in the 200 free, and Nicholas Lim went 46.63 in the 100 fly. They finished first, second, and third in those events respectively.
Walther's time in the 200 free moves him into a tie for 6th all-time on the 200 free leader board. In the 200 free preliminaries, Nicholas Lim swam a 1:35.49, moving him to 4th all-time.
Lim's time in the 100 fly moves him into 2nd all-time on the 100 fly leader board. Tyler Hong also swam in the 100 fly, his time of 47.60 moving him to 10th all-time.
A note on the 400 IM B Final - Hunter Kim swam a 3:51.73, moving him to 10th all-time on the 400 IM leader board.
In the 100 breast, Josh Brown (53.16) finished second while Brian Lou (53.62) finished third. Both times qualify as NCAA B cut times. Brown's time was 4th all-time and Lou's time was 7th all-time on the 100 breast leader board.
Brett Feyerick placed just outside the top-three in the 100 back, his time of 47.69 good enough for 6th all-time in school history. In the 100 back preliminaries, Tyler Hong moved into 9th all-time after going 47.92.
Princeton was strong in both relay events as well, the 200 medley-relay team of Tyler Hong, Josh Brown, Nicholas Lim and Max Walther going 1:26.45, good enough for second place.
In the 800 free relay, the Tigers finished one-two, the team of Nicholas Lim, Max Walther, Billy Swartwout, and Raunak Khosla (6:24.82) earning first place while the team of Josh Brown, Tyler Hong, Max Hunger, and Dylan Porges (6:32.67) came in second.
Colten Young placed third in the 3-meter dive with 351.70 points
Next up: The Tigers conclude competition at the Big Al Invitational, with prelims starting at 9 AM tomorrow morning.
