No. 22 Men's Swimming & Diving Earns Wins Over Navy, Delaware & Kenyon

PRINCETON, N.J. – On a day highlighted by Patrick Dinu setting a Lejeune Hall record in the 100 freestyle, the No. 22 Princeton University men's swimming & diving team earned dual meet victories over Navy, Delaware and Kenyon.

Dinu won the 100 freestyle and set a new pool record with a time of 42.59. Jake Tarara took fifth (44.20) and Daniel Li sixth (44.48).
The Tigers had a successful day on the 3-meter board, with Aidan Wang finishing first (379.05), Luka Martinovic second (375.80), Luca Fassi third (364.30) and Chase Sorosky fourth (346.05).
Three out of the top four finishes in the 100 butterfly belonged to Princeton. Logan Noguchi touched first (46.68), Arthur Balva third (47.67) and Conor McKenna fourth (48.04).
Mitchell Schott won the 500 freestyle in 4:18.57 while Cole Kawaja finished third (4:24.45) and Santiago Gutierrez fifth (4:29.37).
The 400 freestyle relay saw the team of Noguchi, Schott, Tarara and Dinu earn a first place finish in 2:50.67.
Alex Townsend took first (1:46.29) in the 200 IM. Lucas Strobek came in fourth (1:48.89), Keian Lam sixth (1:49.29) and Caples eighth (1:49.73).
In the 200 medley relay, the quartet of Yanning Zhang, Lam, Logan Noguchi and Dinu finished second in 1:26.35.
Parker Lenoce finished second (1:43.74) in the 200 backstroke, Zhang seventh (1:48.51) and Strobek eighth (1:49.01).
Lam earned a second place finish (1:57.92) in the 200 breaststroke while Andrew Zou (1:58.77) came in third, John Rusnock (2:00.44) fifth and Devyn Caples (2:01.71) sixth.
