No. 18 Men’s Swimming & Diving Finish 22nd At NCAAs, Best Finish In 14 Years

ATLANTA, G.A. – On the final day of competition, Princeton men's Swimming & Diving picks up First Team All-American title along with two All-American honors.
Mitchell Schott finished seventh nationally in the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 1:40.67. With this finish, Schott earns First Team All-American.
Patrick Dinu swam for the Tigers in the 100 yard freestyle, where he finished 11th with a time of 41.30, setting a new program record. Dinu also earns All-American honors.
Schott, Logan Noguchi, Jake Tarara and Dinu competed in the 400 freestyle relay. The quartet placed ninth in prelims with a time of 2:48.13, setting a new program record and Ivy League record. They finish 16th nationally, earning an All-American honorable mention.
Chase Sorosky placed 37th in platform diving scoring 297.25, followed by Aidan Wang in 38th who scored 287.10.
Princeton finishes 22nd overall, for the highest finish since 2012 while garnering the most points since 1990.
