No. 18 Men’s Swimming & Diving Crowns First Top 8 Swimmer Since 2012

ATLANTA, G.A. – After the second day of competition in Atlanta, the No. 18 Men's Swimming & Diving team names Mitchell Scott First Team All-American.
In the prelims, Schott touched the wall in 1:31.15, placing seventh in the 200 yard freestyle. Schott also set a new program record while also becoming the first A-finalist for Princeton since 2012.
After earning himself a spot in the 200 yard freestyle final, Schott finished eighth in the nation with a time of 1:32.01.
Schott, accompanied by Patrick Dinu, Jake Tarara and Logan Noguchi swam in the 200 freestyle relay, placing fifth with a time of 1:16.19. They finish sitting at 12th in the nation.
Aidan Wang and Chase Sorosky also competed in the 1 meter diving for the Tigers. Wang placed 26th nationally in the 1 meter diving with 300.65 points, while Sorosky finished 43rd with 256..45 points.
Competition continues tomorrow with prelims beginning at 10:00 AM, followed by finals at 6:00 PM.
