Tigers Sweep Temple's Philadelphia Invite

On the first of two days of competition at a pair of Philadelphia events on the weekend, each Princeton fencing team won both of its matches at the Temple-hosted Philadelphia Invitational on Friday.
Results from Friday's matches are below. Princeton's women, ranked No. 3 in the nation, defeated No. 8 Temple 16-11 and Johns Hopkins 24-3. The No. 4-ranked Tiger men were 20-7 winners over No. 12 North Carolina and 22-5 winners over Johns Hopkins.
Princeton will continue the weekend of competition in Philadelphia at the Penn Duals on Sunday. A schedule for that event is below.
