Bryant, Tordin Earn United Soccer Coaches All-Region Honors

Sophomore Lily Bryant and rookie Pietra Tordin earned recognition on the United Soccer Coaches third-team all-region, the organization announced Wednesday.

Bryant, a midfielder and first-team All-Ivy League honoree this season, played in all 17 games, starting 16, with seven points on a goal and five assists.

Tordin, the Ivy League Rookie of the Year and a second-team All-Ivy League forward, had a team-best eight goals on the season, which she scored across seven games, leading the team and making her the first freshman to lead Princeton in goals scored since 2013, when Tyler Lussi '17 did so. Tordin's 19 points were also a team-best total. While playing in all 17 games on the season, Tordin made nine starts, including in six of the team's last seven games.

The all-region honors are the first for both players, and the recognition comes after Bryant and Tordin helped Princeton to its 10th consecutive winning season.
