No. 34 Men’s Tennis Knocks Off Temple and Hofstra
March 05, 2022 | Men's Tennis
PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University men's tennis team swept this Saturday's double header, defeating Temple and Hofstra 5-2. With their two victories today, the Tigers move to 10-5 on the year.
"Both Temple and Hofstra battled well and gave us good tests," said Head Coach Billy Pate. "We're pleased to get two wins today going into spring break and our matches at Arizona State next weekend. It's been an incredibly busy schedule, particularly with travel and the volume of play so it was nice to be home. We weren't quite as sharp as we'd like to be though coming off midterms is challenging. We were able to play several guys today so it was great to see them contribute."
