Men's Golf Team Set for Ivy League Championships This Weekend

The Ivy League's men's golf programs will head to Century Country Club north of New York City this weekend to compete for Ivy League team and individual titles.
This will be the first Ivy League Championship tournament since 2019, when Princeton won the title for the 30th time and did so by a single stroke over Columbia. Quinn Prchal '17, the 2015 Ivy medalist, is Princeton's most recent of its 14 Ivy medalists since the tournament became an Ivy-only event in 1975.
The Tigers enter the Ivy championship coming off a win in the Princeton Invitational, its first in its annual home tournament since 2004.
Tee times will range from Friday's 8-10:10 a.m. for the first round, with Princeton teeing off between 8:48 and 9:12. Saturday's tee times range from 10 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. for the second round, and Sunday's are from 7:30 to 9:40 a.m. for the final round.
William Huang, who won medalist honors at the Princeton Invitational, Sam Clayman, Jackson Fretty, Max Ting and Jake Mayer will represent Princeton at the tournament with Guy Waterhouse as the team's alternate. Mayer, Clayman and Ting were all part Princeton's 2019 Ivy title fivesome.

The winning team and medalist will gain bids to the NCAA regionals, assignments for which will be announced on May 4 at 4 p.m. ET on the Golf Channel.
