Ryan Seggerman Qualifies for NCAA Singles Championships

INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA announced its selections for the 2022 Men's Tennis Singles and Doubles Championships Tuesday afternoon, with Ryan Seggerman receiving an at-large bid for the NCAA singles tournament.
The singles and doubles championships will take place in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, immediately after the team championships from May 19th – May 22nd.
Ryan Seggerman finished the regular season with a 16-9 record, ending the year as the 55th ranked singles player in the nation. Seggerman's highest ranked victory came against then No. 27 Alafia Ayeni of Cornell, after which he rattled off ten straight match wins.
The Tigers last appeared at the singles and doubles championships in 2019, when the doubles pairing of Payton Holden and Ryan Seggerman gained selection.
The doubles tandem of Justin Barki and Ryan Seggerman are listed as the No. 2 alternate behind Virginia Tech's Jordan Chrysostom and Ryan Fishback.
