No. 10 Men's Water Polo Extends Win Streak To Four With Victories Saturday

PRINCETON – The No. 10 Men's Water Polo team earned two more wins at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday.
No. 10 Princeton 18, Bucknell 10
The Tigers ran off the first seven goals of the game, leading 7-1 after eight minutes and 9-3 at halftime. Bucknell got within five twice in the third quarter but did not get any closer. 12 different players scored for the home team in the victory.

The first half was a tight affair with neither team leading by more than a goal. Joan Coloma's tally with 23 seconds to go in the second stanza set the score at 4-all at the break.
The two squads exchanged tallies to start the second half before consecutive goals from Roko Pozaric made the contest, 7-5. Pozaric added the first goal of the fourth quarter, giving the Tigers a 9-6 advantage with 3:20 remaining. Santa Clara registered two straight including one with 48 seconds left but couldn't get the equalizer.
Princeton is now 6-1 overall and faces California Lutheran (11:45 a.m.) and Fordham (4:45 p.m.) tomorrow.
