2024 Schedule
Events in South Carolina, Florida and California will precede the annual Ivy League gauntlet for the Princeton softball team as it pursues a third consecutive Ivy League title.
Princeton will open the season Feb. 23-25 at the College of Charleston's Cougar Classic, where Princeton will face host Charleston as well as Oakland and South Carolina State.
The following weekend will send Princeton to UCF's Knights Classic to face host UCF, Bethune-Cookman, Kennesaw State and South Carolina, with UCF and South Carolina as the first two of six teams on this spring's schedule that were in the 2023 NCAA tournament.
The annual spring break trip, March 8-13, will send Princeton to an event co-hosted by Long Beach State and Cal State Fullerton, where the Tigers will take on both host teams as well as Grand Canyon, North Dakota and Toledo, with Long Beach, Fullerton and Grand Canyon all having gone to the NCAAs last spring. Games at Cal Baptist and UC San Diego will wrap the trip.
Once the Tigers return home, the Ivy League slate will send Penn, Dartmouth, Brown and Cornell for weekend series at Princeton while the Tigers will have Columbia, Harvard and Yale on the road in the league. Rider and Monmouth at home and Lehigh on the road are the non-league games once the Ivy season begins.
Julia Dumais, Grace Jackson and Allison Ha are Princeton's 2023 All-Ivy honorees who return this spring, and in the circle, Molly Chambers, Meghan Harrington and Brielle Wright are back this spring after accounting for 187 of the team's 328 innings last season.
