PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University women's swimming & diving team will look to win its 24th Ivy League title at the Ivy League Championships beginning on Wednesday, February 15, at 6 p.m. inside DeNunzio Pool. The Championships will conclude on Saturday, February 18.
Princeton is 8-3 on the season, and 4-3 in Ivy League meets. Most recently the Tigers competed at HYP and earned a 212-88 victory over Harvard, but fell just short to Yale, 155.50-144.50.
In 2022, Nikki Venema won the Ivy League Championship in the 100 butterfly, and the quartet of Alexa Pappas, Vivian Wang, Venema and Christina Bradley earned a first-place finish in the 200 medley relay.
The Tigers are no strangers to success at the Ivy League Championships, winning the event in 2020. Venema and Ellie Marquardt were co-High Point Swimmers of the Meet with each finishing with 96 points.
