Men's Volleyball Set for Pair of Matches with Grand Canyon University

Newark, NJ – The Princeton Men's Volleyball team will look to extend their four-match win streak this week as they prepare to take on the Grand Canyon University Lopes in two matches on Wednesday March 15th at 6:00 PM MT/9:00 PM ET and Friday March 17th 4:00 PM MT/7:00 PM ET.
Through 16 Matches
The Tigers are currently 3-2 within EIVA play and rank third within the conference. As a team, Princeton ranks first within the EIVA in aces per set, with 2.15/set.
Ben Harrington ranks first in points per set within the EIVA with 4.47/set and service aces per set with .74/set. Additionally, Harrington also ranks third within the entire NCAA in aces/per set.
Henry Wedbush continues to set the Tigers up for scoring success, and leads the team in assists per set with 9.27/set, as well as digs per set with 1.42/set. First year, Ryan Vena, holds the top mark for blocks per set with 0.79/set.
The Grand Canyon University Lopes
GCU currently holds a record of 18-1 for the 2023 season.
In the last match up between Princeton and GCU in 2017 the Tigers and Lopes split the double header weekend, walking away with one win each. GCU defeated the Tigers in the first match 3-1, but then Princeton walked away with a 2-3 win the following day.
Princeton will look to take a pair of victories this week over a strong non-conference opponent while in Arizona.
