Princeton rookie Hadley Husisian, coming off an All-American honor in her first trip to the NCAA Championships, repeated Friday as the junior world épée champion at the 2023 Junior Worlds in Bulgaria.
The win made her the first U.S. fencer, man or woman, to win two junior épée world championships, according to U.S. Fencing. Husisian later added a team épée silver to her haul.
Husisian now has two of the U.S.'s three junior world épée titles, with Olympian Kelley Hurley having the other.

Fellow Tiger freshman Brandon Lee won team gold with Team USA in foil, delivering the U.S. its first team title in men's foil since 2017.
