Frayman & Joyce Qualify For NCAA Singles & Doubles Championships

INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA announced its selections for the 2023 Women's Tennis Singles and Doubles Championships Tuesday afternoon, and No. 7 Daria Frayman garnered selection in singles while the 26th-ranked duo of Frayman and Grace Joyce were selected in doubles.
The singles and doubles championships will take place in Orlando, Florida, at the United States Tennis Association (USTA) National Campus immediately after the team championships from Monday, May 22, until Saturday, May 27.
Frayman, who has been ranked as high as No. 1 in singles by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), was the 2023 Ivy League Player of the Year and a First Team All-Ivy honoree. Along with a 30-6 record in singles matches, Frayman has a 16-1 record in dual matches playing at the No. 1 position.
The duo of Frayman and Joyce were named First Team All-Ivy League in doubles, and have a 10-4 record playing at No. 1.
2023 marks the second-consecutive season the Tigers have sent at least one player to the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships.
