Smith And Manfre Garner ECAC Weekly Honors

After a pair of non-conference wins over a Top-20 opponent, Princeton has picked up a pair of ECAC weekly honors as goaltender Arthur Smith and forward Jake Manfre have been recognized by the conference for their efforts in Princeton's sweep of No. 12 Ohio State.

Arthur Smith secured his second career MAC Goaltending ECAC Goaltender of the Week honor after stopping 66 of 68 shots faced in a pair of 3-1 Princeton wins. He posted a .971 save percentage and a 1.00 GA for the weekend, setting a career high with 37 saves on Saturday against the Buckeyes.

Jake Manfre exploded to the tune of a four-point weekend as he factored in on 66% of Princeton's scoring output for the weekend and earned #Bitcoin Rookie of the Week honors. He had a career-high three points on Friday, scoring two power-play goals and adding an assist to play a role in all three goals. He followed up on Saturday with an assist on the eventual game-winning goal to secure the sweep.

The Tigers are back at Baker Rink for a pair of ECAC games December 6-7, hosting Union and RPI for a pair of 7 p.m. faceoffs.
