Men's Golf Wraps Up Play At The Prestige

Princeton completed three rounds of play at The Prestige at the Norman Course at PGA West to open the Spring portion of its 2024 campaign, placing 16th out of the 24 teams entered in the tournament.
The Tigers, ranked No. 98 in the most recent Spikemark rankings, were up against 19 teams ranked ahead of them entering the week and finished ahead of No. 36 Northwestern, No. 28 Baylor, No. 23 Chattanooga, No. 80 Iowa State and No. 61 San Francisco in order.
Princeton was +3 overall as a team in the tournament, posting scores of 284-284-287 for a three-day team total of 855. No. 24 Texas Tech was the team champion with a three-day score of 819 (-33).
Individually, Riccardo Fantinelli finished T15 to lead Princeton's contingent. He shot -5 overall with posting rounds of 68-67-73 for a three-day score of 208. He was eight strokes behind individual medalist Cecil Belisle of Kansas (67-66-67-200; -13).
