Women's Basketball Releases 2024-25 Schedule

PRINCETON – The five-time defending Ivy League Tournament Champion Princeton Women's Basketball Team has announced its 2024-25 schedule.
The season gets underway on Nov. 4 at Duquesne, who won 21 games and reached the WNIT last season. After a trip to DePaul (Nov. 9), the Tigers' home opener is against another postseason guard in Villanova (Nov. 13).
The Tigers head back on the road for contests vs. Quinnipiac (Nov. 16), Seton Hall (Nov. 21), Rutgers (Nov. 24) and Temple (Nov. 26) before getting on a plane to battle Portland (Dec. 6) and Utah (Dec.8). Temple won 20 games and clinched a share of the AAC regular season title last season while Portland and Utah (Round of 32) were NCAA Tournament teams in 2024.
Rhode Island makes the trip to Princeton on Dec. 11 as does Vermont (Dec. 21), Middle Tennessee State (Dec. 29) and Le Moyne (Dec. 31) to end 2024. Rhode Island reached the A-10 Championship game last season while Vermont won 25 contests and was in the WNIT. Middle Tennessee State reached the NCAA Round of 32.
Ivy League action starts with Cornell (Jan. 4), Harvard (Jan. 11) and Dartmouth (Jan. 18) at Jadwin Gym. On Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Princeton heads to New York City to take on Columbia, an NCAA at-large selection in 2024.
Cornell welcomes Princeton to Ithaca on Jan. 25 before the next weekend features Yale (Jan. 31) and Brown (Feb. 1) on the road. The Tigers host Penn (Feb. 8), Brown (Feb. 14) and Yale (Feb. 15) to finish the home portion of the schedule.
Head coach Carla Berube's squad makes trips to Harvard (Feb. 28), Dartmouth (Mar. 1) and Penn (Mar. 8) to wrap up the regular season.
Ivy Madness is in Providence, R.I. on Mar. 14-15.
