Women's Rowing Has 14 Earn CRCA Scholar Athlete Status

PRINCETON – The Princeton Women's Rowing Team had 14 members named CRCA Scholar Athletes.
Ella Barry, Emma Cavendish, Sara Covin, Claire Fisher, Katharine Kalap, Catherine Garrett, Mariachiara Giudici, Nina Weeldreyer, Margot LeRoux, Cordelia Mahony, Hailey Mead, Laoise O'Donohoue, Hailey Sulzbach and Phaedra van der Molen were honored as scholar athletes.
The Tigers finished fourth overall at the NCAA Rowing Teams highlighted by silver medal from the varsity four's silver medal. It was the second time ever that the V4 boat medaled, and the common denominator was Mead, who was also in the boat two years ago when the Tigers took gold.
Princeton finished fourth in the team standings, marking the first time Princeton has been in the top four in three consecutive seasons since 2010-13.
