Angela McAuslan-Kelly Selected for World U20 Championships

PRINCETON, NJ – Angela McAuslan-Kelly is heading to Peru. The talented rising sophomore has been chosen to represent Great Britain at the World Athletics U20 Championships in Lima. McAuslan-Kelly will be showcasing her skills in the hammer throw event, marking a significant milestone in her career to represent both her country and Princeton.
"There is no greater honor in sport than to represent your country in international competition," said head coach Michelle Eisenreich. "We are extremely proud of Angela and excited to watch her compete against the world's best."
This season, McAuslan-Kelly reached the third position in Princeton's outdoor record book for the hammer throw, achieving a mark of 60.99m (200-1). She also qualified for the NCAA East Regionals in the event.
