Jonathan Castagna added a fifth goal for Cornell with a breakaway tally 3:50 into the third period.
A second Tiger would go on to score his first collegiate goal as Brendan Wang ripped a power-play goal with 7:38 to play in the game following a backhanded saucer pass from Kevin Anderson.
