Stothart, Kovács Pick Up NWPC Weekly Awards

PRINCETON, N.J.- Kristóf Kovács and Otto Stothart each picked up NWPC weekly awards on Wednesday afternoon.
Kovács earned his sixth NWPC Defensive Player of the Week accolades of the season. The junior goalkeeper made 28 saves through 10 quarters of play, including holding No. 17 Harvard to single digit scoring. Kovács recorded a .511 save percentage and added three assists and two steals.
Stothart had a stellar weekend, producing nine goals, eight drawn exclusions and one block on his way to being named the NWPC Rookie of the Week. The freshman out of Studio City, Calif. scored four goals against both No. 19 Brown and No. 17 Harvard to help lead the Tigers to a weekend sweep. This marks Stothart's third Rookie of the Week accolades of the season.
