Jaxson Ezman Named ECAC Forward Of The Week
November 03, 2025 | Men's Ice Hockey
Senior forward Jaxson Ezman had a four-point weekend with three goals and an assist as Princeton secured a sweep of Alaska-Fairbanks to open the 2025-26 season, and his work was rewarded with ECAC Forward of the Week which is presented by Bluebird Hotels.
This is the first weekly honor of Ezman's career, and came after he had goals in both games.
On Friday, he scored twice in Princeton's 5-2 win, scoring back-to-back goals in the third period to break open a 2-1 game. His first goal came 0:51 into the third period and was the eventual game-winner. Just over four minutes later, he connected again to provide breathing room for the Tigers.
On Saturday night, he opened the scoring midway through the second period to kick off an offensive outburst that saw the two teams combine for nine goals in a 6-3 Princeton win. He followed up with an assist on an insurance tally from Brendan Gorman that made the score 5-3 with 3:17 to play.
