Women's Track and Field Announces 2026 Indoor and Outdoor Schedules

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton women's track and field team has announced its full indoor and outdoor schedule for 2026, featuring a full slate of top competition and the opportunity to host the outdoor Ivy League Championships.
Chasing another Triple Crown after a successful 2025 cross country season that saw the Tigers claim their second-consecutive Heps title, the Tigers will now take to the track for the spring semester.
The indoor season began in December with the Penn Opener, but will pick back up in January with a dual at Navy (Jan. 10). To close out January, the Tigers will return to Penn for a series of meets with the Quaker Invite (Jan. 17), the Penn Elite (Jan. 23-24), and the Penn Invite (Jan. 30), with a stop in NYC for the Dr. Sander Scorcher on Jan. 23-24.
In February, the Tigers will ship up to Boston for the Crimson Open (Feb. 13) and the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 13-14). Some of the squad will also split for the Tyson Invitational at Arkansas (Feb. 13-14), the site of the indoor track and field championships.
One more stop at Penn for the Philadelphia Metro Meet (Feb. 20) and one more trip up for the Saucony Battle for Boston DMR challenge (Feb. 22) will close out the indoor regular season.
The indoor Ivy League Championships will be held Feb. 28 through March 1, hosted by Columbia at The Armory in NYC.
The NCAA Indoor Championships will be held in Fayetteville, Ark. on March 13 and 14.
Opening the outdoor season, the Tigers will head back to Philadelphia for the Penn Challenge on March 21. Staying local, the squad will then head to the Jersey shore for the Monmouth Season Opener (Mar. 27-28).
The Tigers will host their first home meet of the year with the Sam Howell Invitational on April 4.
Heading south, the Tigers will head to Georgia for the Spec Towns Invitational (April 10-11), before working their way north with the Wake Forest Invitational (April 16-17) and the Virginia Challenge (April 17-18).
A double-header weekend of Penn Relays (April 23-25) and the TCNJ Lions Invitational (April 24-25) will close out the month of April.
Heading back home to Weaver Stadium, the Tigers will host the Larry Ellis Invitational on May 1-2.
Princeton will host the outdoor Ivy League Championships in Weaver on May 16 and 17.
The NCAA Regionals will be held May 27-30, with the East regional hosted in Lexington by Kentucky.
The NCAA Outdoor Championships will again be held in Eugene, Ore., as the Tigers look to cap off the year on the national stage on June 10-13.
