PRINCETON, N.J. – Five Tigers were named United Soccer Coaches Northeast All-Region selections, the organization announced Tuesday.
Daniel Ittycheria, Jack Jasinski and Giuliano Whitchurch were all named to the First Team All-Region, while Andrew Samuels and Roka Tsunehara were named to the Second Team All-Region.
They are five of just 22 players to be selected from the Northeast.
The honor comes after these five Tigers led Princeton to a historic season. Finishing with a final record of 15-2-2, the Tigers went undefeated to win the 2025 Ivy League Championship and the 2025 Ivy League Tournament.
Marking back-to-back tournament victories, Princeton became the first Ivy League men's soccer team to win both the regular season championship and the tournament in the same season.
Another Ivy League first, the Tigers went 7-0 in league play while allowing zero goals.
Seeded third in the NCAA Tournament, Princeton earned the highest seed of any Ivy League team.
At the conclusion of the regular season, Samuels was named the Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year. Daniel Ittycheria was named the Ivy Offensive Player of the Year.
Joining the pair on the First Team were Jasinski and Whitchurch, with Tsunehara earning Second Team All-Ivy honors.
The All-Region honors further testify to the incredible success these five Tigers had during the 2025 season.
