March 24, 2025 | Women's Soccer
Coming off its 2024 Ivy League title and Ivy League Tournament championship, the Princeton women's soccer team will continue preparation for the 2025 fall season with its April matches.
On Saturday, April 12, the Tigers will first head to Lancaster Catholic High School's Crusader Stadium to take on Penn State, which made the NCAA quarterfinals in 2024 before a loss to eventual champion North Carolina. The game is set for a 2 p.m. start.
On Friday, April 25, Villanova will come to Roberts Stadium for a 7 p.m. start. A previously scheduled April 18 game against Temple was canceled.
Princeton is set to return the scorers of 23 of its 40 goals from last season, led by four goals each from rookies Alexandra Barry and Brooke Dawahare and sophomore Isabella Garces. The Tigers more than tripled their opponents' goal total last season, and Zoe Markesini, who played for Canada in the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup, leads the Tiger returners on the back line.
