PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton men's soccer team was ranked 13th in the latest United Soccer Coaches national poll on Tuesday.
This marks the highest Princeton has been ranked in recorded history, with the poll archives dating back to 1996.
It is also the first time Princeton has been ranked since 2001, when the Tigers were ranked 25th for one week.
Since then, the Tigers have received votes in the poll during four seasons (2009, 2010, 2011, 2019), but have not entered the top-25.
Princeton currently sits first in the RPI rankings with a record of 6-1-0 on the season and 1-0 in conference play.
They are the only Ivy League team to be ranked in this week's poll.
The Tigers will face Army tonight on the road at 6 p.m. in West Point, before returning home to host Brown this Saturday.
