PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton women's cross country team will begin the 2025 season by hosting the Jersey Jam on Friday, September 5 at its home course on Meadows Campus.
The Tigers enter the 2025 season after completing an Ivy League Triple Crown in 2025, which began with winning the 2024 Ivy League Cross Country Championship - the program's first since 2015.
Last season, the Tigers placed fourth at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic regionals.
Princeton now enters the season ranked fifth in the Mid-Atlantic Region, according to the USTFCCCA's preseason poll.
The Tigers return six of seven scorers and pushers from the Ivy Championships, and five of the squad that scored at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals.

The upperclassmen squad of Stella Vieth, Hannah Riggins and Olivia Martin will bring their experience to the season after making an impact in the indoor and outdoor track seasons. The trio helped Princeton to a win in the outdoor 4x800 relay, with Riggins and Vieth picking up additional indoor titles in the 1000m and 4x800, respectively.
The Tigers are led by Brad Hunt, in his 10th season at the helm of the cross country program. He earned 2024 Ivy Cross Country Coach of the Year honors after leading the squad to the championship title. He also picked up Mid-Atlantic Region Assistant Coach of the Year honors in the outdoor track season.
