The Tigers played at the Tropical 7s at the Tampa Sportsplex in Tampa, Florida, from Apr. 3-4. Princeton delivered one of the most memorable performances in program history, going 5-1 across six matches to finish No. 1 among all university teams and No. 2 overall in their 16-team division. The Tigers defeated the Florida Fury (24-14), Lander (38-7), La Salle (31-10), the Canada Misfits (12-7) and Southern Nazarene (17-12) before falling to the SARC Sharks, an All-Star select side composed of players in the USA Rugby pathway, in the championship final, 26-12.
