Peter Strecansky to Represent Slovakia at 2026 World Rowing Cup III

PRINCETON, N.J. – Peter Strecansky of the Princeton University men's lightweight rowing team will represent Slovakia at the 2026 World Rowing Cup III in Lucerne, Switzerland, from June 26-28.
Strecansky will race in the lightweight men 1x.
2026 saw Strecansky race on the 3V at Eastern Sprints, helping the boat win gold and secure a 17th Jope Cup for most team points for the Tigers. He was part of a 4+ boat at the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) National Championships that advanced its Grand Final and earned a fourth-place finish.
