2023: Rowed on the 1V all season … Boat defeated No. 16 Drexel, No. 20 Temple, No. 22 Georgetown, won the Navy-Princeton Cup (No. 15 Navy), earned the Childs Cup at No. 14 Penn/No. 19 Columbia, secured the Compton Cup over No. 6 Harvard and corralled the Content Cup over No. 10 Brown … In the postseason, the 1V earned a silver medal at Eastern Sprints for the first time since 2016 and picked up a bronze medal at the IRAs for the first time since 2016 .. Rowed at Henley Royal Regatta.

2022: Raced on the 1V that took down Georgetown, Drexel, Temple and Navy … 1V also placed fourth at Eastern Sprints and ninth at the IRA Championships.

2020: Season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019: Rowed the whole season at 1V … Helped the Tigers win the Navy-Princeton Cup, Childs Cup and Content Cup … Nabbed a fourth-place finish at Eastern and sixth place at the IRAs.

Before Princeton — placed 10^th in the quad skulls at the 2017 European Championships … won two gold medals at the 2017 Coupe de la Juenesee … won gold in the 4+ and 8+ at the 2018 Holmes International Regatta … won silver medal in the quad and double at the junior men's double, as well as bronze in the single … named Limerick's 2017 Sports Person of the Year … earned outstanding achievement honor in high school … school prefect.

Personal — Son of Mary and Michael Quinlan … has two older sisters Leah and Sara, and an older brother David; both Leah and David competed internationally for the Irish rowing team … enjoys cycling, reading and music … plans to study Operations Research and Financial Engineering.
