2012: Saw action in 13 games, starting one ... scored one goal, added an assist and two steals ... played versus No. 2 UCLA (9/9), No. 1 USC (9/28) and No. 3 Stanford (9/29) ... was 1-for-1 in shot attempts versus No. 17 Santa Clara (9/30) ... dished an assist versus Iona (10/20) ... tallied a pair of steals in lone start versus Penn State Behren (11/3).
2011: Played in 16 games as a sophomore and scored three goals with two assists and six steals. He scored goals in wins over Connecticut College, Iona and Washington & Jefferson while adding assists in wins over MIT and Iona. Rafter posted steals in wins against the likes of Fordham, Harvard and Johns Hopkins.
2010: Appeared in nine games as a Princeton freshman. He scored his first collegiate goal in the Southern quarterfinals in a win over Gannon. Rafter added a drawn ejection in the game and had a field block in a regular season win against George Washington.
Rafter was a four-year varsity letterwinner in water polo and swimming at Phillips Exeter Academy, where he captained both squads as a senior. Rafter was the water polo team's Most Valuable Player and was named to the All-Tournament Team following the New England Championships his senior year.
