Nick Pugliese appeared in eight games as a senior and scored one goal in a win over Connecticut College. Pugliese added a field block in Princeton's opening win at Southerns over Washington & Jefferson.
Pugliese earned his third CWPA Schlar-Athlete Team honor following his junior year with the Tigers. Pugliese scored his first collegiate goal in a win over Iona and added an assist in a win over George Washington. He also played in wins over Fordham and Gannon.
Pugliese played in six games as a sophomore and tallied an assist in the Tigers' win over Harvard. A CWPA All-Academic Team member, Pugliese appeared in wins over Harvard, Fordham, George Washington, Johns Hopkins and Gannon.
Pugliese appeared in two games during his freshman season at Princeton. He was selected to the CWPA All-Academic Squad.
Pugliese played on the water polo team at Gonzaga College High School for four years and was a varsity starter as a junior and a senior. Last season, Gonzaga had its best-ever showing at Easterns. Pugliese currently ranks eighth on Gonzaga’s all-time scoring list. He was also a varsity swimmer as a senior and attended Princeton water polo camp for four years.
