Played club soccer for LA Premier FC and was a part of the Cal South ODP 98 Pool in 2011 and 2012. LA Premier FC won the So Cal Premier League title in 2013 and Coast Soccer League title in 2013 and 2015. Calhoun attended Chaminade College Prep in West Hills, Calif. and was named to the first-team All-Mission League and was the league Most Valuable Goalkeeper in 2015. Calhoun helped Chaminade win the CIF Division 1 Championship in 2012.
