Busch is a recognized chaplain under the Office of Religious Life on campus and an ordained Baptist minister who leads Athletes In Action (AIA), a non-denominational Christian group for athletes at PU.

He also serves as a Princeton Athletics Fellow for wrestling, men’s & women’s swimming & diving, and the women’s golf teams.
