Mo began his career in college athletics at Princeton in 2021 when he joined as a Marketing and Fan Engagement Intern for the fall semester. After his internship, he stayed on board to help with men’s and women’s ice hockey marketing gameday efforts through 2024 and officially joined as a Marketing Assistant ahead of the 2024-2025 season. Mo serves as the marketing contact for women’s soccer, men’s and women’s ice hockey, and women’s lacrosse, and also coordinates Team Tiger and all mascot requests.

Before his current role at Princeton, Mo served as the Sports Information Director at Saint Elizabeth University during the 2022-2023 season. In 2023-2024, he joined New Jersey City University as the Assistant Director of Communications and Marketing. Mo holds a bachelor’s degree in sports communication and media with a sports journalism concentration, and a minor in Arabic, from Rowan University.

Outside of Princeton, Mo is a soccer referee of 13+ years and is in the NJ state referee academy.
