Men's Swimming Team Handles Penn and Cornell with Relative Ease

PRINCETON, N.J. - Princeton head coach Rob Orr extended his DeNunzio Pool winning streak to 56 dual meets this evening with wins over Penn and Cornell. The Tigers defeated Penn 179-112 and Cornell 183.5-111.5
Chris Cunningham (So., Lower Gwenedd, Pa.) finished first in the 200 free. He finished in 1:40.62. Andrew Chadeayne (Jr., Pleasantville, N.Y.) and Dennis Chang (Jr., Dix Hills, N.Y.) finished 1-2 in the 100 Back. In all, Princeton had 11 first place finishers out of the 16 events.
Andy Shyong (Sr., Demarest, N.J.) took the three-meter diving title, while Eric Carty-Fickes (So., Winchester, Mass.) won the one-meter competition.
With tonight being opening night, the Tigers are now 2-0 on the season and travel to University Park, Pa. for the Penn State Invitational on Dec. 3-5.
