NEW HAVEN, Ct. - Despite being outshot by Yale, 12-3, the Princeton University women's soccer team won its fifth game of the season with a 2-0 win over the Bulldogs. The Tigers are 2-1 in the Ivy League.
Tanya Kalivas (So., Franklin Lakes, N.J.) scored off a rebound from Susan Rea (Jr., Palo Alto, Ca.) to score Princeton's first goal at the 49:03 mark. Amee Reyes (So., Wheeling, W.V.) gave the Tigers some insurance by converting on a pass from Kalivas at the 65:26 mark.
Goalkeeper Jordan Rettig (So., West Hartford, Conn.) made one save for the shutout.
The Tigers will host Lafayette on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
